Stephanie Mikkelsen

Stephanie is a Grade 2 teacher at Hope Elementary School in Scituate. She enjoys collaborating with other educators who come from all different backgrounds, experience levels, and teaching styles. She appreciates expanding her knowledge of blended learning tools and techniques in order to not only excite other teachers and students, but also to enhance her own classroom practices. She believes that her work as a fellow allows her to develop her classroom community where children play an active role in their learning. Stephanie thinks her educator superpower is her enthusiasm for learning new things and her ability to pass this excitement to others.
