Rosanna Santana

Cumberland

Rosanna is a 2nd grade ESL teacher at B.F. Norton Elementary School in Cumberland. She is excited to be a Fuse Fellow to collaborate and work alongside innovative educators who are passionate about blended learning. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to support others at the same time that she continues to learn and improve. In her mind, to be able to share new ideas, experiences, mishaps, and successes with an amazing group of people who are willing to listen and encourage one another is so important. She would say that her superpower is her ability to create a loving and respectful environment within her classroom. She loves when her students feel safe to take risks and they see each other as a family, learning to take responsibility for their actions and to advocate for their learning.
