Nicole Monte
East ProvidenceNicole is the K-2 Math Interventionist at Hennessey Elementary School in East Providence. She is excited to be a Fuse Fellow because she loves to learn, collaborate with colleagues, and continue to grow in her own blended practice. She hopes to spread her excitement to others and provide supports for fellow educators as they embark on their journeys. She believes that support is key when learning and implementing new strategies. In addition, being allowed an opportunity to network beyond her own school district is extremely valuable to her personal goals as she moves forward in her capacity to lead. Nicole's educator superpower is her ability to use data to make informed decisions that support students’ learning and close academic gaps. This superpower allows her to help classroom teachers design next steps with students' needs at the center.
