Margaret Denton
Formerly Rhode Island School for the DeafMargaret Denton is a passionate educator and former occupational therapist at the Rhode Island School for the Deaf. As a Fuse Fellow, she most enjoyed the trainings, meeting new people, collaboration, and being part of something at the forefront of pushing more student-centered and more engaging ways to learn into the schools of Rhode Island.
ACHIEVEMENTS
- Organized an Edcamp for teachers of the deaf and hard of hearing
- Supported district admin team to set goals & develop blended learning vision
- Worked with teachers to develop blended station rotation models
