Foster-GlocesterJonathan Rollins is a Science Teacher, Technology Coordinator, and Science Curriculum Coordinator at Ponaganset Middle School. He is excited to be a Fuse Fellow because he wants to help others in improving learning for all students, expanding the Fuse RI program to other districts/classrooms throughout the state, and meeting with other teachers and administrators to create, design, and problem solve issues that they encounter in their districts. His educator superpower is welcoming and piloting new programs, websites, and apps aiming to improve student learning.
ACHIEVEMENTS
- Created a group of teachers that will grow the vision of Fuse RI in his building
- Recorded classrooms using Swivl to guide reflection & create lesson exemplars for other teachers
- Serves as a tech coordinator to help teachers incorporate technology into their lessons
