After 20 years as an elementary classroom teacher in Warwick, Dawn followed her passion and joined the Highlander Institute as an Educational Strategies Specialist in fall 2015. She appreciates problem solving and collaborating with colleagues, always finding ways to positively impact the learning of all students.
ACHIEVEMENTS
  • Supported district admin team in developing a plan for blended learning
  • Worked with teachers to develop blended station rotation models
  • Designed and implemented district PLC around blended learning
